Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Group

We currently have two DBT groups. These groups are facilitated by Janet Whaley, MA, LMFT.
Are you struggling with self-injury, interpersonal conflicts, impulsivity, Chemical dependency, depression, PTSD, or anxiety? DBT Skills Group may provide you the skills to make your life more manageable.
Insurance accepted: MA, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and some out of network plans. Please call if you have any questions regarding your specific insurance
DBT  Skills Groups are held weekly:

Tuesdays from 12:00 - 1:30pm (women)    (651) 233-4100
Tuesdays from 4:00pm - 5:30pm   (coed)    (651)-233-4100


DBT Skills Group teaches:
1. Mindfulness
2. Interpersonal Effectiveness
3. Emotion Regulation
4. Distress Tolerance

Completion of DBT Skills Group material takes approximately 6 months. Group members may repeat group for further integration of skills with group therapist approval.
